Just 10mph more

Ok, you all knew this was coming. I got a Malaguti yesterday 50cc last Sept. love it much more then I thought I would. I ride around all the back rural roads of central NH I just need 10 more mph so I can get on 106 or rt 4 etc. the fastest I can get with the Malaguti is 47mph on the flat. Any advise?????
