gp1 clutch kit help

just got my gp1 scooter back from the shop. the dealer talked me into put a clutch kit in from metrakit. I do not like it. When you are at a stop sign you really have to give it more gas to get going did they put it in right or what any help would be a real help. i do have a 70cc kiy on it
