New Help With New Scooter Over Reving

Hi guys,

I bought a new SUNL scooter, 150cc, 4 stroke. It ran well for a week and gradually, when started it would get worse with over reving. Now, i turn it on and it's going nuts, revivg like nuts without my hand on the throttle.

I loosened the idel screw and I checked for a taught throttle cable and found nothing. PLEASE HELP!
