7/17/2007 recieved scooter , looks great , will pick up tomorrow , did registry today . nice , anyway they have a bunch of different scoots at this place if interested ...
here is my registry story ...
I live in mass on Nh border .
Just registered my 50cc scooter today . it finally arrived at the dealership and i got the paperwork but i will pick up bike tomorrow due to no ride .
Anyway , if you need to register in Mass , the title you recieve MUST say MOPED on it .... Mine did luckilly . the clerk said , "wow , one of these actually says moped" , then she proceded to explain that if it said SCOOTER then she would reject it and it would be a motorcycle , regardless of engine size and speed ... she even asked me if it had pedals , say yes .
Anyway i paid my $40 and recieved my tiny 09 decal for mo fender good toll end of 2009 . NO SALES TAX NEEDED .
