I bet she does, I am in love with my yesterday! it's pink and wonderful! i highly suggest a 70cc kit for it, I bought mine with it already kitted, so I am not aware of what type it is, but if you're looking for security in knowing your wife can get up to speed, it is a good investment, i go about 58mph with mine, and as it does take some time for the acceleration to really kick in on a hill, once it does, it will go flawlessly no problem. Definitely recommend!
