Okay. I am going to buy a scooter with my tax rebate, and I am very excited. Can someone please tell me what the limits are on registering and driving a scooter in NH when I don't have a motorcycle license. I know it has to be a 50cc or less, but I thought I read somewhere that it can't be more than 2 HP and can't go faster than 30 mph, but most of the 50cc or less scooters I am seeing are 3-5 hp and they claim to go from 30-45 depending on the HP. I don't want to buy one of these scooters and find I can't either register it or drive it without getting a Motorcycle license, which I don't want to do at this time. Can SOMEONE please please please help me??? I am very confused. Thanks!!!
