I have recently bought one and finding the lack of power driving me mad!!! heres what Ive done and doing....
first power filter and up the main jet then I made the inlet manifold from 13mm to 16mm with a dremill this puts the top end at about 45... still driving me nuts ... the ports are only about 13mm so they need uping... but we are just in the process of check to see if a 110cc head will go on this lump giving a much bigger inlet and exhust.... also remove the pipe on the manifold and bung up the hole this is for emmisions and wont help the situation, I'll come back and let you know on the head work.... other prob I find is the lack of low end power making roundabouts a knightmare!! so if the head makes more power I may go down a tooth on the front sprocket to counter that... Oh and dont forget the CDI you will need a full power one!
