GS Motorworks - gone black

I have been told (not by GS Motorworks, but by another scooter shop in the area) that GS Motorworks has gone out of business. I guess that would explain why their emails and phones have been down. WTF??? I've got a part that needs to be replaced, per their warranty. I have no idea what to do, but thought I'd at least share this little tidbit of news from TX.
