I am a GS Motorworks victim. In August 2006, my friend and I ordered scooters from GS Motorworks. First of all, they arrived damaged. We called GS Motorworks and obtained replacement parts for most (not all) of the damaged parts. My friend's scooter never started properly. My scooter worked for a short time but soon began to stall. We called GS Motorworks many times for advice. They were really of no help. We took the scooters to a local dealer who tried to help us. After he had replaced most, if not all, of the parts, the scooters would still not run properly. We battled with the owners, Candi and Dwight Turner for almost a year. Candi finally agreed to refund our money once our scooters were returned. The scooters were shipped back to GS Motorworks on May 4, 2007. Since then, the Turners have been dodging us. We have not received anything from them. Additionally, in the last month, they have moved.

I would like to file a class action suit against them on behalf of all of us consumers who have become their victims. Please let me know if you are interested in joining or can offer some assistance with this task. My e-mail address is lvsportsnut@comcast.net.
