Has anyone had any experience buying a road runner i-scooter off of the internet. I have been looking at http://www.evosales.com/pd_save_gas_scooter.cfm and I don't want to invest my money in something that will not run or is not legal in New Hampshire when it arrives. Any positive or negative feedback or problems encountered with this comany and these roadrunner i-scooters would be much appreciated. Thank you.
