Hello,
I have never driven or owned a scooter and was interested in purchasing one. From reading around the forum I see that anything above 50 cc's you need a motorcycle liscense. I do not want to do that, but I have a regular drivers liscense.

Does anyone know a good scooter to purchase for a cheap price and that goes above 3o mph?

Is a VERUCCI Avispa 10D any good?

what other lwas should i keep in mind when purchasing a scooter for travel in Concord nh?
