i have a xt50q 50cc chopper and so does my m8, he drilled a hole in the carbretta tube, trying to make it bigger, it fuks your bike up,so dont do it
were the exhaust is there should be a chrome trianglular plate, DO NOT TAKE THIS OFF! its impossible to get bak on and rattles like hell.
on the air filter for example obviously you have to clear it out, dont be put off by the green coloured gundge in there, it is only excess mixture from the carbretter, when puting the screw bak in dont tighten them too much, because the chrome is onli Comp Ali ( compressed aluminum) and dipped in chrome it is qwite weak and thin, you will split the casing. same for every crew on the bike
THE CHAIN IS NORMALLY SAGGY, SO TO PREVENT IT SAGGING YOU MUST MOVE THE BAK WHEEL BAK A BIT, ONLY ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE YOUR CHAIN IS AT THE APPROPIATE TIGHTNESS. WHEN MOVING THE WHEEL BAK, MAKE SURE IT MEASURES UP BOTH SIDES, YOU CAN USE A CRATE TO PUT UNDER THE MIDDLE OF THE BIKE TO SUSPEND THE BACK WHEEL
