How do you prime a Derbi Atlantis 100 Carburettor?

Run out of petrol, couldn't prime the carburettor, pushed the scooter 12 km home....life's good!

I tried to suck the fuel into the carburettor through the white vacuum hose, then tried the black fuel line..worked in the past, but not this time!

How do you prime the #$%# carburettor??
