Kymco needs to go faster...

Does anyone know how to totally derestrict a Kymco Super 9? I've replaced the bushing, which added a few mph, but do I need to derestrict the CDI unit? On a a British model there isn't a green wire connector to pull apart on the CDI unit, so has anyone got any ideas? Cheers.
