Cpi Oliver city - the need for more speed is too much!!!

Hi there,

I have a CPI Oliver, which is ok..for those in the know, it is really a poor man's Aprilla or Gilera. What should i do to get it quicker? A sports exhaust (e.g. Tecnigas) - but aren't they restricted anyway..don't know how to de-restrict an exhaust...would I need to adjust anything else because of the new exhaust? What difference would a better air filter make?

Would appreciate any help- please use simple terms I am a total novice.
