MY TGB Laser 303R acts like it's running out of gas.

After riding for 15 minutes or so it bogs down and acts like it isn't getting gas. Also, it only tops out at 35 mph. However, it gets to that 35mph quickly. I saw an exhaust on the web but have only been able to find that 1 so far. It's deregulated but still isn't as fast as I heard it was. HELP!!!!!!!!
