Need Help problems with 86 honda spree need parts for 2003

i was given a 50cc 1986 honda spree. here's my issue

it will start and run and i can hit about 30 with it but sometimes (often like withing 2-5min time) it will spudder and almost stall... if i pump the throttle it sometimes will catch back up and keep going most times it stalls though.. I change the plug on it because it wasnt starting .. i get spark and when it wants to run it runs great... lots of power ..

also the push start doesnt work.. i just replaced the battery too and it doesnt make a difference.. also if i attach the battery to the bike the brake light comes on and wont go off.

any ideas?

also i just got ahold of a honda elite in a trade its a 2003 80cc and it needs the three pannels under the seat to cover it up and i need the mounting and stuff for the dash and i need blinkers too

and i need the stock exhaust the meat head i got this from put a dirt bike exhaust on it and its loud and has a hesitation to it.

any ideas ?
