Hi everyone

I have this old as 1980 Honda Tact scooter. And seriously, it goes only 40 kmph! (24.8 mph)
We are allowed to go 60kmph over here, so It's a bit slow for my liking. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could step up the speed a bit. I have modded it with a custom airbrushed design I did for my senior year art project.

But I want to do the engine up a bit more.
