Tam, try www.vento.com or www.cobramotorsports.com (the usa distributor) i don't know a lot about these scooters, they are just arriving in our area. you should be able to contact these companies (via the site above) and buy a manual. most motorcycles (scooters too? ) have a circular window on the oil pan that you can look through to see if you have enough oil in it. I had a Kawasaki ninja and the oil amount and type information was on a sticker under the seat. Good luck. let me know how things go. alex_lowry@sbcglobal.net
