Ok i am getting really pi$$ed off now.. When i first start up my scooter it will start puffing out a lot of blue smoke when I take off but when I start going it makes a hesitating type of sound like its shifting but its not cause it doesnt shift and then it will ride fast after about 10 seconds it will bog way down like its goign to shut off so I have to floor it and gradually it will pick up speed but will still bog down a little and at random moments. When I take off again it will go high rpm but not go anywhere fast and then bog down and then pick up again. Ive already taken it to a malaguti shop and got it worked on for $800 and it rides the same!! they put new roller weights,brakes,spark plug, cleaned air filter, and just recently I put a new battery in it and it rides the same. So please someone help me with this problem. Do I need to get another spark plug or is there like an electronic control box that is prob. messed up because my speedometer I think is messed up too because it will say I can go to 42 mph top speed before rpm is reached to max and a motorcycle drive beside it says 47mph and when I first got this moped it would easily go 55mph so if anybody could help it would be very appreciated.. thank you
