Jinlun qt50 scooter keeps cutting out when the throttle is aplied .
I have taken it to 3 different garages and they can not figure out why it keeps doing this .
I have changed the CDI unit ,the presure tap on the tank was nakered so i changed that aswell, also have a brand new carb put in and its made no difference .Drained all the fuel and put new fuel in ,its sparking ok and thers fuel getting into the carb aswel ,it starts fine and doesnt idle for long but when i put the throttle on it slowly just dies .
Can anyone help ?
