1984 Yamaha Riva 180 parts please .

Somebody recently gave me a 1984 Riva 180 that has been in a garage for about 15 years. It is in very good condition except the front sheave is totally gone.

Yamaha does not have the parts. (they have the weights at $23.00 each, and the primary sliding sheave at $100.00.) I need the "Cam" and the "primary fixed sheave".

Where can I find them? What can I do, Will anything else work?
