Amin, yes you are right. The housing should NEVER get any water inside and if you have water it means you will have trouble either with circut shortening or something similar. You should also check the relay and make sure that is functioning properly. But most likely is the housing since you said it was wet. I would recomend buying a new housing from your local dealer. hope that helps
