Hello all!

I have had a Euro Turbo GS scooter for a month now, and can't seem to get it to run consistently without stalling. When I first got the scooter, I admit I didn't follow the instructions for setting the flow meter and idle, preferring to adjust it myself as I went along. Well, after 2 weeks of frustrating rides to work, I went back to the manual and tried it THEIR way: I set the flow meter screw all the way to "in," adjusted the idle to barely above stalling, and twisted the FM screw 1-1/2 turns out. From there I tried their 1/4-turn system outward to see if the idle went up or down, and it did nothing! I went 4 full 1/4-turns and still nothing happened! So I left it like that and rode it. It went 1-1/2 miles or so, then stalled out (same as before), almost coming to a complete stop before picking back up again. When I turned the screw another 1/4 turn and started again, it was worse, so I started turning it in. Still I'm having problems. It also tries to stall every time I slow down at a traffic light, but I'm able to 'save' it by revving the throttle while braking (dangerous yes, but it's all that works at this point). Am I missing something simple? Can anyone help me?

Thanks,
Carl
