Hey, never been to this board, but I have a question and this is the only spot I could find. I was up at our town's dump today(9/24/05) and saw a scooter. This thing was sitting in the metal pile. A pile of which was going to be crushed and recycled. That didnt work for me, so I picked it up and brought it home. I put gas in it and it started. Nice I thought. I found out thats its a 1986 Honda Elite 50. I was wondering if NH has any laws about scooters like this one, as this is the first one i've ever owned. I thought I remember something about if its over 50cc's or something that it should be licensed. Im 16 and I don't have my driver's license yet (cant afford it at $450)
