Help diagnose my Derbi Predator LC

Hi Guys,
I'm having problems with my old predator LC, it's starts up and idles fine, but doesn't have much power, after a few blocks the engine dies, perhaps a soft seize. After a few minutes it will start again and go a few blocks until it quits again. So far I have checked / filled all fluids and removed the carb for a complete cleaning but it did not help. Any insight, suggestions, comments are greatly appreciated.
