Nervous about VespaKing

For the last few months I have been seriously looking at purchasing a restored vintage Vespa from vespaking.com. I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them. I am a 23yo male who is about to finish his time in the U.S. Navy. I have been saving money to purchase a vintage vespa and I am nervous about getting screwed over. Can anyone help?
