If you take 13 out of Milford. Then switch to 12 in Leominster it will take you right down into Worchester. I use a similar route when heading to NYC. Except I hop on 190, which 12 is paralell to. In a car using 190 I can get to Worchester from Wilton in 1/2 hour. Add 30 min. from Nashua and an hour for 12 instead of 190 and I think 2 hours is a pretty good guess. Should be a fun ride. I'd be willing to try.
