aerox 50cc derestriction

i've been the proud owner of a yamaha aerox 50cc for 7-8months now and have been thinking about the derestriction since before i brought it and i have finally descided to take the plunge. so could any of u more experienced folk send me sum step by step instructions on how to derestrict it.

any other cheap easy mods to make it go a bit faster would also be appreciated thnx, cuz my m8 has a shit hot nrg and for me just to keep up with him would be a feat for me and also really annoy him ;)
