Hi
my Atlantis 100 died when I was going flat out on it today. I have stripped the engine and transmission and everything looks great. The bike lost power and wouldn't respond to the throttle, then just went really slow. I checked the fuel and oil systems and they seem ok. Any ideas?
I wondered about the slight rounding of the edge of the piston though, and was curious if this was a sign the bearings might be going, but could this be the cause as the crankshaft operates manually ok?
