New scooter- under $2000 goes, over 40mph??? any ideas

Hey everybody i am lookin to buy a new scooter. i want one that is cheaper in price but not in quality(lookin for $2000 or under- ish).... and i want something fast for that amount of money something that goes around 40mph or faster.... give me PROs and CONs about each and why its so good to help me make up my mind...PLEASE THANX SOOO MUCH FOR UR HELP
