Unfortunately, Honda discontinued manufacturing the Elite-S. There are a lot of parts for their DIO motor, including air and liquid cooled stroker kits. Most of these kits are from China and Taiwan, and reliability and durability is a concern. These bikes are the "hot rods" of the moped world. Fully modified stroker bikes have been clocked at 90+ mph at the local drag strip, and will out accelerate most cars. My only concern about the Elites are that they were never made to go that fast and to handle that kind of power. Try stopping quickly with 3.00X10 tires with front and rear drum brakes at 60+ mph and you will know what I mean. Other than that, they are great bikes.
