Where to buy Polini Evolution 70cc kit in US???

I want to get the Polini Evolution 70cc kit after reading some posts. Can I get that cylinder kit in the US??? If so, who carries them? What is a good pipe to put on that kit? Will I need to replace the variator, or can I just change the rollers in the stock unit??? Should I go with a 19mm or a 21mm carb?
