How do these folks stay in business?? Zero, and I do mean zero customer service. I have a cracked fender I need replaced to the tune of 27+ dollars. I've emailed Vento 3 times (even the customer service rep whose name I got on this site), I've called 2 local dealers, 2 others in the south, and I've called Vento twice in San Diego. Nothing-zip-zero.
And all I have right now is a cosmetic problem. God forbid I need something mechanical down the line. Perhaps I should hire someone to take a sledgehammer to the scooter and have my insurance company reimburse me for the loss. These are scooters packed with high end features at a discounted price. Now I know why the price is so much less than other nameplates.
Do yourself a favor; don't buy one of these. If you do, just plan on junking it at the first sign of trouble.
