Thank you very much for your advise. However I still don't understand where this cut off restrictor pipe is. Is it ONE the exhaust/muffler itself? Becuase I don't see any thing cut off from it and there is only ONE main pipe that I bolt onto the engine. Or is this restrictor something that's under the engine on the scooter itself? Where should I look for this?
The website www.dellorto.com doesn't work. Is the name correct?
