Where is the restrictor plates on Derbi Predator??

On mopedworld.com it says that Maximum Speed ~55-60+ MPH (W/out Restrictor Plates) ~30 MPH (With Restrictor Plates). You can remove the plates if you wish- without voiding your warranty..

Anybodu know where the restrictor plate is??
