4x4s often run 24v DC current while the scoot will be 12v or less. The speaker system here runs on DC current (speaker systems have a large transformer so they can be powered from the mains) but if they operate at the same current output as the scoot, then there is no need for this and it can be powered directly from the scoot's electrics.
