Will this winter ever end?

Top level Scooter Journal

I'm beginning to think I will be doomed to ride icy roads forever. Just when the snow was all melted, we had to hit more snow storms.

This winter has been a pretty tough one. I vowed to ride my scooter every day that was possible (and even a few that were impossible). I don't mind the cold, but waking up to a few inches of snow and ice isn't fun, especially when you get teased with 60 degree weather for a whole week.

It's almost like it's done on purpose just to torture us Northerners.

Our fair-weather only lasts about 5 months before the cold weather kicks back in. Not like those spoiled southerners who whine when the temp drops below 60. It must be nice to be able to ride all year long in nothing more than a t-shirt and shorts.

Anyways, enough of the wining... I just hope we don't get anymore snow.

Dress for the cold

Brian,
With the cooler weather getting closer every day and another NH winter close at hand, do you have any suggestions on how to dress for scootering in the cold?
Sharon
