Bologna, March 2003 Since 1994 Malaguti spa has manufactured and sold more than 350.000 units of the now legendary F-12 Phantom. The new Phantom 125 and 200cc was designed with the American rider in mind. The scooter includes a larger seat for American passengers, increased speed, and increased braking capacity. No expense was spared including a larger helmet compartment for two passenger helmets or that bag of groceries. The 13 front wheels provide safer handling at top speeds.
