Top level Scooter Journal

In case you haven't noticed, my site has been on hold since September. For those who care, here's the story.

September was a hell of a month starting with the death of Indian Larry. They say that deaths usually come in three's, and they were right. A few weeks later a close friend, Aaron Tolson died of cancer. I had know him for over 25 years and had seen his children Aaron & Michelle grow up to become adults.

About a week later a friend and fellow blues musician, K.D. Bell died of a heart attack. K.D. Bell was an incredible blues musician originally from Alabama who had come to settle here in NH. If you ever met him, you would never forget him. He will be missed.

Steven Tyler (Aerosmith)
At the end of September I had the pleasure of doing a Poker-Run with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith. I had a blast and helped raise money for a homeless shelter in Massachusetts.

October was a busy month as I helped my sisters prepare to move to Florida. Both of my sisters decided to buy homes in Florida and move the same week. The trip down to Florida was an adventure to say the least. I drove a 26 foot U-Haul that was so over-loaded that you couldn't fit a finger between the rear wheels and the fender. To make it worse, I was also towing a VW Jetta behind it which was also loaded to the ceiling with stuff (including a cat and a dog). The truck broke down 2 times on the way down which is a story all by itself.
Anyways to make a long story short, I made it back in one piece, just in time to go ride scooters for Target.

Last weekend I rode a custom painted Vespa ET2 for Target Superstores. This was my third time I do it, and it was just as fun as the first time. Check out some of the photos.

So the bottom line is: I'm Back!
