Power. The 4-stroke 4-valve 200cc engine is liquid-cooled and remarkably powerful. With 21 horsepower, the L.E.AD.E.R. (Low Emissions ADvanced Engine Range) engine has the power to pull away from almost any kind of traffic you encounter.
